Tuesday I was not on much, got a call from a friend at the Democratic headquarters. We needed to go pick up tickets to the Obama Speech. Wednesday we left the house at 5:30 am for the Obama speech at 10:00 am. Got to see the President, hear his speech, shake his and hubby and I made it on the evening news.....

Got home around noon and crashed for a long nap. Las president I saw was LBJ (Lyndon B Johnson), we were at a rest area going from Columbus, Ohio to northern Ohio. He went by us on the main road and we waved and he waved back....

So yesterday was special for both of us.

That's awesome Bobbie! Closest I've come was shaking Leonard Nimoy's hand, when he was grand marshall of our local parade, WAY back when...hahaha. (Spock in Star Trek, for you youngsters) Smile
